If you bought your furniture from Walmart or IKEA , this company may be fine. If you have decent furniture do not book with them. Your stuff will be dragged on the ground and damaged. The guys who moved my stuff were polite, but only one seemed to know what he was doing. The other guy did not want to lift anything heavy and didn’t not know how to put together or break down a bed. They left my items outside because they came with a truck that was too small (that they rented from Home Depot) and had to make multiple trips to bring all of my items to the new place. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE THEIR OWN TRUCK NOR DO THEY HAVE PROPER MOVING MATERIALS. I have a one-bedroom condo. A job that should have maybe only taken 2 or three hours ended up taking 4.5 and Kevin could only see fit to take off $40.

Had the misfortune of coming across this company. I needed a quick simple move. They broke my tv, dragged my mattress on the floor of the old building and new building making it very dirty; and did the same to my couch. My couch now has snags all over from them trying to jam it through a window. All of my furniture is ruined. $7k down the drain to replace. Do not use them.

Can’t say enough good things about the guys who helped me move a heavy machine I purchased for our business. The entire process was quick and without any issue whatsoever. Communication was steady, I got all the info and received updates regularly. The guys were the sweetest and were able to get my machine out and into another location with no issues whatsoever. Will use this company again - I hope I get the same guys!
