Please read this before even considering using this company for your move. Purchased and reserved my move online via U-HAUL, confirmed on the phone, and then nobody showed up on my moving day. On moving day, he was a no-show so I texted our mover (Alex) who responded that he did not have my address, despite him confirming with his own voice on the phone the day prior, with my reservation booked ONLINE. Alex texted me that he could come at 2pm. When 2pm rolled around, he was still not here and ignoring my phone calls. I had my boyfriend call his number, which of course, Alex the mover answered. We were on a time crunch, and I was nervous because we were losing daylight. He texted me back that my boyfriend should help me move, because Alex refused to. His exact words (and I have the text message to prove it) were, "If you're man enough to call a stranger's phone, you're man enough to move a couch." I was floored. The demonstration of disrespect, incompetence, and lack of communication was, and is, unacceptable for a company whose promise is to be prompt, communicative, and helpful. Not only was this company negligent, dishonest, and incompetent, but they were offensive, rude, and borderline profane and misogynistic.

I have had items damaged in moving with other companies but this one was fantastic and took great care of everything and I had no damages what so ever. They were also very pleasant to communicate with and very professional. I would 100% recommend using them!
