I recently hired Precision Moving & Storage for my move, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. Several of my belongings were damaged during the move, and the overall experience was far below my expectations. First and foremost, my bed was damaged. The frame is now covered in scratches, making it look worn. This was particularly upsetting as it’s a relatively new bed that I spent a lot of money on. Additionally, my mirror arrived with its frame chipped. This was a cherished item, and seeing it in this condition was heartbreaking. It’s clear that it was not handled with the care it deserved. Finally, one of my dining chairs was damaged. There is a big scratch on the top corner and the side was cracked. This chair was part of a set, and now I’m left with an incomplete and damaged dining set. Overall, the level of care and professionalism exhibited by Precision was severely lacking. I trusted them to handle my belongings with care, and they failed to do so. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and careful moving service.

Precision moving took care of my move between Pacific Palisades and Santa Monica. Every step of the process I interacted with extremely professional, friendly, expert individuals. The actual move (2 day) wound up being considerably shorter than expected. They made every step simple and straightforward. The movers were wonderful, friendly, and unbelievably hard-working. I could not, even begin to say how much I appreciate it them and will unquestionably use them for my next move

David, Francisco and William did my move and they were WONDERFUL!!! David led the team very well and all three were so nice, professional, worked quickly and took care of my property. I loved the comradery and spirit they all had, which I was delightfully pleased to see since it was hot and it's a hard job. Tanya, who helped me setup the job, was so nice, responsive and flexible. I will have to do another move soon, and without a doubt, will be calling this team back. The price was fair and even better with the cash discount option. Thank you team Precision!!
