Just had a white knuckle experience with a driver from A&R. Jerk pulled out from the Pilot in Van Buren, OH. Never stopped to check for traffic.. This driver is a liability. I have the dashcam video if anyone wants to see it. See attached photo. Called owner number. No one answers. Mailbox full. -Retired 20yr military veteran, OTR experienced CDL holder, Logistics Manager

The owner is very fair. However, the whole business is shady. My wife got into an accident and their tow truck just happened to show up. I think they have a police scanner. Then they took her car to their yard without even asking my wife. This was to ensure that we either fix it with them or pay the storage fee. They kept my keys when I refused to pay the full amount! DO NOT EVER deal with this company.
