Worst experience of my life with staff and management! The way the people handled my fathers Tub will not go unnoticed. I will be calling all company numbers to state the wrong doing from this company. Hire new people or close facility down. Ridiculous. If you need a third party vendor? DONT USE THIS HORRIBLE PLACE WITH WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN LIFE.

Fast, friendly, efficient and helpful! I had been waiting for my mattress from the original shipper for quite some time. I called Santini and they said they’d contact me as soon as they received it, assuring I could be the first stop of the next delivery day for my area. They called on a Tuesday afternoon and they delivered my mattress at 8am (the delivery window was 8am-12pm) that Friday! Couldn’t be happier with their service!

I work for a small residential interior design firm that deals with the moving and storage of many high end pieces for clients. We started working with A. Santini a year or so ago, and everything was great working with them until they damaged two of my client's tables. Two very high end expensive pieces that we purchased insurance on through A. Santini. After the damages were done and taken into account, they REFUSED to pay the cost to replace my client's damaged dining table. When the damage was first reported, they even tried to say that the pieces were damaged upon pick up which was completely false. After I did more digging and spoke with our vendor they picked up the piece from, and came to realize that this was not true, I brought it to their attention and mentioned that they had provided false information to blame one of our vendors for the damage. After countless back and forth emails, they still refused to cover the cost of replacing the table even though they admitted to damaging it. This put the firm I work for out for the cost of replacing the table ourselves. This company is not trustworthy or loyal. This was their response to a bad situation they caused after working with us as long as they did. I do not recommend them for any of your moving or storage needs.
