This company was great. Downloaded a 28 foot Estes trailer and a 6x12 enclosed in just over two hours. Four man crew (Chris, Kelly, Vaughn, and MJ) was on time, personable, and really cared to do the job right. They came with their own hand trucks and went right to work and did not stop until the job was done. Crews professionalism and expertise led to zero damages to our property. 100% recommend. Excellent service at an excellent price.

We hired A Special Touch Moving Company to help load our U-Pack trailer yesterday for a military move, and this was by far the best experience I’d had in customer service since moving here two years ago! Chris, Marvin, and another worker(I’m so sorry I completely forgot his name) came and had all of our stuff loaded high, tight, and tactfully into this trailer to save as much space as possible(we pay by the foot for the trailer) and in just under three hours. Mind you we have a family of 6 and several large pieces of furniture and a few large appliances. These men came towards the end of the day(around 6:30) due to running behind on their previous job, so which they communicated efficiently about timing, and worked their butts off! I would recommend them 1000 times over! I e sent their info to all of my fellow military friends who are coming up on moves as well! Fantastic job!

I can’t say enough about how Marvin and David completed my move. They packed everything up with care and no damage. They were very personable and calming which is exactly what I needed. Their professionalism was beyond exceptional. They made my move smooth. I sat back and the result was so valuable. Thanks DEZI for keeping me posted and informed. Great company. I used them on my last move too and I will use them again. No doubt.

Everything about this moving company was a 5 star experience! Extremely professional with excellent and prompt communication every step of the way.. Mr. Davis patiently answered all our questions. Chris and Marvin were both so polite and respectful upon arrival. Very efficient and loaded up everything with great care.. Incredible teamwork showing respect for each other. Our family has used multiple moving companies over the years with both local and cross country moves and A Special Touch was by far the very, very best.. Highly recommend and with no hesitations we would use them again!
