Horrible customer service. No answer to emails or phone messages. Finally got their admin and she was argumentative. I asked to talk with their quality manager or manufacter manager. She replied that there was no one there? I was looking for a replacement ladder step that is screwed on, the admin, said it was rivited, no replacements available due to liability concerns? I may try again, maybe they're just a small 3 man business.

I'm surprised they have any sales ..It must be since this goes thru another party. As Rude as they are on the phone its Obvious they know Nothing about customer service... Don't walk away from this Horrible business RUN. Read the other reviews also. They dont even deserve 1 star . But had to click it to post..

Ordered a replacement ladder from them. Charged me $250.00 for the ladder and $266.16 for the shipping, weighted 15 pounds. Buyer beware!
