These were the worst movers possible. Two white guys come and quote you and then they send 3 thugs with no experience to do the work for you. The majority of our stuff was broken. The guy quoted us for 800 bucks and ended up being 1500. They were very unprofessional. They broke beds, televisions, and washers. They are very hard with your stuff, that’s where the name tough guys come from. I called to complain of the damages and of course they didn’t respond. They don’t have tv boxes and they are super slow. We are a military family, and have moved a lot. This is the worst place we have ever had to deal with. Don’t let the two white guys fool you that come to your house. I’m also 100% sure they stole my wife's AirPods. The cherry on the top is the gangsters smoke black and milds outside your house while loading you up. Do it yourself!!!!! I promise you, you can’t be any worse than this raggedy company.

Tough Guys Moving was an incredible team of movers. Robert and his team made moving so much easier and saved us a lot of time and pain. We had two large couches, a dresser, a bed frame, and a 300+ pound safe that we needed moved from a second story apartment to a one-story house. They had wrapped up all the furniture and loaded it in their moving truck in only about 30-45 minutes. They were all incredibly polite and respectful and treated all us and our belongings with the utmost respect. We cannot recommend Robert and his team at Tough Guys Moving enough!

Four gentlemen moved my mother’s belongings from New Mexico to Oklahoma. They took very good care of all the furniture, and their organization was flawless. This was a big job too, with bulky furniture and glass. Phenomenal service. We couldn’t have asked for a better team. They were the best.

These people are not professional movers. They loaded 2 trucks with my property for a 290 mile move within Texas. When they arrived at the location I was moving to, they would not unload until I signed a " document." After they unloaded, they were gone. It was then that I discovered numerous items were either heavily damaged or destroyed. Too late to point the damage out to the movers, but I'm sure they arranged it that way.

Tough guys moving is an EXCEPTIONAL company! Their customer service is absolutely amazing and they are also quick, efficient, respectful and accommodating as well. They have professional equipment and genuinely take care of your belongings as if they were your own. 10/10 would recommend this company for anyone moving in Lubbock or even long distance, I know I’ll be using them again when the need arises!!
