Wow, they locked everyone out of the place. I was told it was an "emergency" That supposedly they sent out emails about. whats an emergency thats planned?? The manager is completely untruthful would not allow me to speak to the owner about how bad this impacted my business. All he kept saying how this is an "inconvenience".. If I knew this "inconvenience" would cost me delays in my business schedule I would have never paid for the rent a year in advance. Terrible response and terrible service!

I have had my storage for a long time and I have had a great experience as far as privacy, the manager drives around every now and then making sure everything is on the up and up ..I appreciate that as well, the office always answers and most of the time is more then willing to work with individuals who are tary on their payments or just forget like ne sometimes ..If or when this happens after the email or text message seemed to be overlooked then the manager personally calls; inwhich most storage places dont it won't do that ..so I very much appreciate that as well...spacey and affordable storage lockers..I would recommend. a couple times just to remind

Will was very kind, helpful. Accommodating. I would recommend this company to anyone. They have rv, boat and trailer storage along with all newly remodeling all locations.

I had another facility picked out, however it didn't work out. The manager here was extremely accommodating to my needs. A unit was available at a very reasonable rate. I felt he went above and beyond to explain everything to me and to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the terms before moving in. He gave me several options with explanations. I have rented from several other chain facilities in the past, and so far, this has been the best experience yet. I highly recommend this facility!

Well I have been here for five or six years,there have been a few different managers in and out but it has always been affordable and very close to my home.the manager will who is there now is a really great guy ! Works with you when he can. I definitely recommend this place to anyone!
