Buyer beware— you will not even be on any radar after the sale is made. Don’t let the initial vigor of the salesman fool you. We pre paid for decks and are still waiting completion 4-5 weeks after the sale and did not even get temporary steps to get into the home in the meantime. While Jan and Abel are good at what they do in particular.. there’s not a whole lot of good feelings I can have walking away from this. Just inconvenience and headache.. be sure when purchasing from a dealer— you clarify exactly what the timeline will be and never pay them in full for the home… insist on a portion in escrow to hold them liable to the terms agreed upon at sale. All I have are a multitude of issues due to incomplete jobs here in getting this home trimmed and set to actually live in.

This company was really great. They were professional, fast, and the price was great. They were half the price of the other companies. I would recommend them. So if you need a mobile home transported. This is the company to go with.

Do not use these guys. They answered the phone the first time and gave me a price, after that I talk to the woman twice and she said she would have Able call me back and he never did. After that I’ve left several messages that were never returned. I spent two weeks trying to work with these people and finally ended up finding someone else to do the job, $500 cheaper as well. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

The only thing that was good was the price. And we now know why. Would not recommend. Been in contact with the office and abel multiple times about the issues reported before the first 30 days. Still have yet to see anyone. Stay away from these guys.
