Terrible Experience - Never Received Item I had an incredibly frustrating experience with A1 American. I ordered the Dove 5L Daily Moisture Shampoo Bulk on 10/03/2023. Unfortunately, even after patiently waiting, the item never showed up. I initiated the cancellation process on 11/17/2023, and the seller agreed to a refund. I called the seller again on 11/22/2023 about my refund, and I was told it should be reflected in my credit card account by 11/28/2023, but it never happened. I feel let down. The lack of communication and failure to fulfill their commitment is extremely disappointing. I do not recommend buying from this seller. It's essential for potential customers to be aware of the unreliability and poor service provided by this seller. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this seller. There are plenty of other reliable sellers out there who value their customers and fulfill their commitments.
