We have hired A-1 Moving twice in the past 4 years. The first time was to move my mother into assisted living following my father’s death. The second, they helped us move her belongings again, as she was too ill to return to her home at assisted living after a long hospitalization. Kevin, Cody and Dakota were amazing. We set aside the items we wanted to store, they packed up the items for donations to Jericho Road, and also disposed of some items in the dumpster. During both moving experiences, they were organized and compassionate to our circumstances of losing one loved one and seeing a second struggle. Their fees were reasonable for the professional service they provided both times. They made what would have been a grueling process on our own, as easy as possible. Thanks again, guys!

We hired A-1 movers three times this year. Kevin and his team were patient, kind, and respectful to my elderly father. They carefully packed and unpacked all his belongings, hung pictures, put away clothes, dishes, even the contents of his refrigerator; they did everything. Moving is stressful, especially for elderly people. Kevin made sure everything was done properly. I will recommend him to anyone we know who needs movers. They do an excellent job.

We hired Kevin Faulkner and his crew at A-1 Moving on 8/27/24 to move from a two bedroom Assisted Living Unit to a 1 bedroom unit. We could not have been happier with the care and concern that was shown while moving our items.They treated our furniture as if it were their own. Very professional movers. Easy to schedule with about 9 days from move date for my mother who relocatef into assisted living community. Received confirmation reminder prior evening. Cody & Dakota were prompt, careful, considerate, and were willing to move items around at new location until I was satisfied with arrangement. Would use them again.

They moved everything in their truck and then placed everything in her apartment even plugging in things. We also felt the cost was very affordable. I would highly recommend them.
