We have a small, home-based business and every so often, we have to get big shipments in. These folks have always been polite, professional, and extremely helpful, even after driving their big rigs into and out of our small neighborhood. will damage your freight and then promptly refuse your claim without so much as a phone call. Leaving us with a $1,000 loss due to a busted tub. After having to re do my subflooring, walls, and insulation this is not an expense we can easily handle during these difficult times. It is obvious that a fork lift backed into the tub while it was being moved at their terminal busting it on both ends. The shipper(tubs manufacturer) even has tried multiple times to contact them but has had no luck. They obviously don't care about their customers.

If I could give them -1 star I would, it has been 6 days since the order was picked up, 4 days since its been sitting in the destination city and nothing. This was time sensitive material, I will ensure they are never used again!

The delivery driver was real lazy I have a whole mezzanine and he didn’t put the lawnmower under instead he drops it in the driveway on top of that we’re having bad weather and I have no way moving it. he even left the Pallet under it telling my wife they that’s what they are supposed to do when he knows if I had of being here he wouldn’t have been able to take advantage of this Situation
