I moved from Orlando to Lake Mary and I was charged a little over 250.00. They sent 3 movers for a two bedroom apartment. My husband had already packed the majority of the things so all they did was move them. So I decided to use them again. That was a mistake. They only sent two guys. I was moving less than 5 miles away and again my husband packed a majority of the things in boxes. This time my husband had to actually move the items as well because there were not enough men sent. It was ridiculous. There was also damage done to my apartment. The price for this was almost 600.00. I will never use this company again. Oh, the packers also were not happy that they didn't get a tip and had to make a comment about it. Reply to owner: Wow! To automatically assume that the review I gave is not legitimate says a lot. The first time we used this company, we were never asked how many movers were needed from anyone at your company once we scheduled the move. You sent 3. The second time, same thing happened. No one asked how many movers we needed. You sent 2. YOU are the professionals. You should know the amount of movers that are needed for a job. If you send less movers, the job takes longer and the more you can charge the customer. I will not contact your company. I am leaving this review to let other people know what happened to me. Not every review is going to be 5 stars for you. Instead of assuming that this review is from a competitor, you should appreciate the feedback and put it to good use. Good day to you.

Extremely disappointed in the quality of the service, despite several people suggesting that AAA would provide me with good service. The primary issue is that the movers did not wrap ANY of my furniture in blankets and shrink-wrap, as is customary with any professional moving service. As a result, because no moving blankets were used, nearly all of my furniture, including an almost new $1,000+ 4K TV, were damaged (see the pictures below for a few examples). AAA charged me approximately $2,000 for the move and they did about $5,000 in damage to the furniture, hence the extreme disappointment.

These movers are fantastic! I scheduled my move several weeks in advance and they were very friendly on the phone no matter how many questions I had. On the day of the move, they showed up early and got to work right away. The movers were great people and did an excellent job. In addition, my move required 4 stops: the old place, the new place, a donation center, and then a storage unit. They were more than accommodating to this request and we got it all done in great time. I would recommend AAA Insta-Move to anyone moving in Orlando. My family and I have used them multiple times and we've always had great experiences. Thanks again!

I cannot express with words how incredibly grateful I am to Ray and Julio for helping me and my family move out from out apartment and move into our new house. Julio and Scott were awesome! These guys really know what they're doing--not only did they get the truck loaded quickly, it looked exactly the same when I opened the door at the end of the trip as it did when I started--nothing shifted an inch. Wonderful company to work with--easy to set my move up with the office staff, and the best movers I've ever had; they treated all my stuff as carefully as they would their own. I highly recommend them!
