Leo and his crew at AAA movers did a phenomenal job with our home move. They were prompt, professional and beyond caring of our belonging. Every piece and possession landed safely and was positioned just as desired. Valerie was our scheduler. She answered all of my initial questions, helped guide me to through the early stages of planning for the move, and checked in at just the right times through the process. Can’t say enough good things about this moving company!!

I would highly recommend these guys. I had 3 young mem (Teddy, Leo and Roland) and they were about the hardest working young men I've seen. They called me to tell me their arrival time. They had me show them everything and then they went straight to work. Each guy had his own thing to do and there was never any disagreements, they worked well together also. They would ask me questions to make sure everything was done right. They were moving constantly. When we had a problem, they quick found a solution. I moved within state and they met me at my destination to unload everything quickly. They were honest and never overcharged me. They broke all the costs down so that I was well informed of what I was signing. They are very thorough and knowledgeable! They were also very polite and respectful of my things and my property. The move went super smoothly! From the first time I spoke to Valerie to do my inventory to the move itself. Valerie was fantastic and the guys were so much fun. They bumped a wall and they were super fast to fill it with putty, sand it, and paint it, which was amazing, but they used a darker paint on the wall and now it looks really bad. Aside from that, we had a wonderful experience with the whole team.

I don’t even know where to start. Conclusion first I guess…. Terrible company. If I could have a redo, I would have gone with MinneMovers or another local company. 1. AAA said they quote high and then take the price down. We loved 30% of our items ourselves and the final price never came down. In fact, it went up. The sales guy (Noah) was contacted multiple times, he said the price will go down… never did. Even being well documented, AAA did nothing about this situation. 2. Their insurance doesn’t come close to the damage we received. Ex: AAA refunded us $60 for a $3000 Room and Board table they damaged. That’s just one of many examples. 3. One of their movers used my fingerless boxing gloves to move our merchandise. That’s not only unprofessional, but extremely disgusting. Sadly, the mover had not remorse. 4. They damaged the railing in our brand new home. No refund. 5. Their packing was pathetic. Ex: the packed a used toilet brush with towels. Didn’t even think to bag the brush either. 🤮 6. We couldn’t find out brand new Mac computer. Lo and behold, attached is how it was packed. They’re not even suppose to pack computers! I could go on…. Read the bad reviews before deciding. AAA attempts to bury the honest reviews with strategically automated review requests before everything is finalized. Bottom line - I hope this review helps the next set of movers. — Responding to your corporate reply: You refunded us $168 which is not even in the ballpark for what we should have received. That won’t even cover the railing damage. Let alone the other issues we uncovered. I also did not receive a discount…. In fact, you charged me for two trucks when we only needed one! The Manager on duty and Noah were well aware that we wouldn’t need two trucks. Like I said to Mariah, Noah needs to step up his professionalism. His lack of communication was unfortunate and informing us of his real time personal matters is not something we need to be aware of. Unfortunately we took the brunt of it all. As previously stated, I’m hoping our post will educate others to explore options.

The 3 guys worked very well as a team, communicated well with me as to where things should go. They worked hard to ensure everything was covered well for the move. I was very impressed with them! I would highly recommend AAA movers.
