Can’t say enough about the team at ABC Moving Services, Inc. They coordinated the move for my office from one Boston high-rise to another and every aspect was seamless... The staff is professional, super helpful and incredibly accommodating... and always took that extra step. Highly recommend!

Extremely unprofessional drivers. There seems to be a lack of professional training in this company. My detailed description would cause the action of an employee to lose their job. Instead I hope this organization will better train their drivers to be professional. It was extremely pathetic how this driver acted. Please be aware before booking.

I was so hopeful about our experience. The guy who came out to quote us seemed great, pricing was good. It took much more back and forth to schedule pick up than expected, but whatever that's no big deal. My parents' stuff showed up 3 days early, before we even landed in our new state. The driver was in a huff but they technically didn't even own their home here yet so.... tough cookies? My family's stuff, on the other hand, showed up 6 days late. We called, emailed, texted. Nothing. Easter basically had to be postponed for my 4 year old, my husband and I couldn't work for 3 days. And we never heard a peep from our quote guy or the dispatch manager. To say I was furious was an understatement. The only useful person in that office is Joe, who actually picked up the phone and tried to help even though he is brand new. Really disappointing.

ABC Moving Services was professional and responsive to all of our needs. I highly recommend ABC for office and lab moves. They are experts with moving large lab equipment; having the necessary apparatus and expertise to safely get the job done efficiently.

I hired an Allied Mover in Minnesota to deliver furniture from my mother's home. ABC in Boston handled the local delivery on Cape Cod. Several pieces of furniture, which had been crated for shipment, were damaged by someone who carelessly uncrated the furniture with a crowbar leaving obvious gouge marks on dressers and tables. Worse yet, Allied has done NOTHING about this two weeks after I submitted a claim.
