Quinton and James just left my new home after an efficient and stress-free move. These two gentlemen were polite and good natured while they put in lots of hard work. I am so impressed and will be recommending ABC Quality Moving & Storage to anyone I know who is looking for movers. Thanks guys!

The movers, Kevin, Dominic, and Sebastian were great. They took great care with our stuff!! This is the third time we have used ABC, and will use them again in the future. Thank you!!

I used this company about a year ago but had not been able to submit a review until now, thus, they may not be as bad now as they were back then or, they could be even worse. First of all, if your move is rather simple (no stairs, a few items, etc.), don't hire these people. They have a two-hour labor minimum charge and a one-hour travel minimum for both packing and moving or a total minimum charge of 6 hours. Their hourly rate back then was $ 144.00. The cost of packing materials is extra. Both the two men who did the packing as well as the two who did the moving were not very skilled or careful workers at all. The packers ended up placing some items or parts belonging to the same piece of equipment or furniture in different boxes without labeling them correctly, which made of course my work to find them later more difficult. The movers damaged a drafting table and almost did the same to my hospital bed as they were moving it out of the bedroom. In short, I definitely do NOT recommend this company.

ABC moving was awesome. Timmy, Brandon, and Mitch were so professional and careful with our furniture. They were so polite and courteous. I spoke mostly to Meghan in the office and she was also very thorough with the information we needed to know to prepare for a successful move. Would highly recommend this great company.

Worst consumer experience of my life. We used this moving company after seeing generally good reviews. We were quoted for 3 movers, 4-6 hours of work time, plus one hour travel. We moved 5 minutes away across town. The day of the move was a complete disaster. The movers arrived 3 hours late, which was the least of the problems. They reported an issue with the truck as the reason for their tardiness. The team that arrived was neither A, B, or C. One man was a full-time mover employee, the other two were temps. One was a teenager. We had 95% of the house boxed up with labels of which room the box was moving into at the new house for ease. The movers completely ignored the labels and disregarded when a box was labeled fragile. The furniture that could be broken down was broken down. It should have been a pretty quick smooth process. They soon got to work prepping furniture and loading the truck. It was a hot day, so I did not want to push them too hard or come off as rude. Unfortunately, the employee with experience hung out in the truck maneuvering the boxes and furniture while playing on his phone in between. The other two without experience went at a snails pace moving one box at a time or discussing how to move a large item for 10-15 minutes before lifting it. They all had to get together to discuss moving multiple pieces of furniture for long periods of time without any work being done. They each took about a 15 minute break to smoke and check their phones every hour. One noticeably used the bathroom at least 3 times. After a few hours of agony my friend and I decided we had to help they would not finish. With our help there were now 5 men working. It took 5.5 hours to load the house. It took 5 men, 5.5 hrs to do half of a 4-6 hr, 3 man job. They breaked an hour for lunch (not charged). They arrived at the new house with even poorer work ethic. My family which had expected us there hours ago watched them unload. After all of the movers took 30 minutes to contemplate how to move a small refrigerator through a doorway and then one carried only a yoga mat into the house my family decided to step in. With about 7 people we grabbed everything as they unloaded the truck. The experienced mover folded moving blankets while my family unloaded. The whole point of hiring movers and paying a lot of money was to ensure my family, friends, and I did not have to move. I ended up being this company’s best employee that day. Through no fault of the employees, the truck was finally unloaded as dusk started. It was time to settle up. They wanted to charge me for 8.5 hours of work plus drive time. I refused based on their incredible lack of effort. They then threatened to call the police. After repeated requests they finally called the owner. He called me a thief for not paying them for physically being present. I explained that my friends and family did the vast majority of work and without them this would have been a two day job. He said good or it would have cost me more money. What is the point of the quote if you get to charge whatever you want. They are paid by the hour and work as slow as possible to run up the bill. They expect to get paid double the quote and that is with our help. If I would have let them, they would have triple or quadrupled the quote. Outrageous! From the reviews we saw this is not what we expected. Hopefully we just got a terrible crew. I honestly hoped and would have loved to been able to leave a 5 star review, but I am not exaggerating that this experience was the worst experience of my life where I had to pay someone. The owner balked quickly on the phone to take the median of the quote, but the more I think about it, even that was too much. The movers then all approached me to intimidate me into waiving the right to recover for a damaged grandfather clock. The receipt literally says we packed the clock wrong and it was damaged, but they expected me to sign the waiver. As they drove away, they threw my receipt out of their truck window.
