Pathetic service, rude behavior from representative, always try to earn extra money from customer. Below Incident happened to me Driver1 scheduled a pick up at 3:00 PM on pick up day morning. Another driver called after 1 hour and asked for the vehicle in 15 min. When I asked about planned earlier pick up, 2nd driver (Jorge) told me that "I don't care what other drivers planned pick up time, you have to give me car in 15 mins else you have to cancel this pick up or pay extra money" I cancelled all my other activities and handed over my car to driver name Jorge at 2:30 PM, after that ABC towing charged extra $250 after car pick up.
