I would like to pass on my highest compliments to Arnaldo (based out of Orlando, I am unsure of his last name.) When the delivery of my bathtub proved to be difficult due to overhanging trees, he manually pulled our 450 pound bathtub all the way up the hill to the construction site. His positive attitude, professionalism and willingness to help were unsurpassed. I hope this guy gets a promotion! Thanks again Arnaldo and God bless you!

Incredible place to work and have a real career. You are treated as an adult and not a number. Absolutely best “job” I’ve ever had. Money is fantastic if you aren’t lazy and they pay your pension and Med Plan premiums in full. Give them a look!!

Guaranteed delivery date, nope. Communication of late delivery, nope. Guaranteed by 11AM, nope. Never use this company. These guys made it on time, too bad my delivery was not on their truck. I’m still waiting.

Put in a pick-up order on the 18th. Their bill of lading showed it was supposed to be picked up on the 21st. The 23rd rolls by and not a single driver shows up. I have to get on the phone during each one of these days for a minimum of 15 minutes each time to ask questions like "why haven't your drivers shown up? Is there even a way I can track this shipment so I know when a driver might arrive?" They have zero answers for me because -- big surprise, it's not even Arc that does the pickups. They contract them out to other companies, only reason I can imagine being is to avoid liability for their mess-ups

This is a broker company that give you different price options for carriers but if any problems with the carrier picking up you are on your own and needs to call the carrier directly to solve any problems, broker don’t help you. The last company that I choose, ESTES, is the worse company to schedule a pickup. Paid and made a schedule on Tuesday for pickup on Thursday, broker told me to call them call and ESTES dispatch said not on the system so the person over the phone said to put me for the next day pickup. On Friday the same story, not on the system and that they "don't have drivers for my area". So, for what I'm paying ESTES company? This carrier is a joke, don't trust your business to them, you will get burned and look bad in front of your customers plus set you back on shipments. If you need a carrier, so far R&L have responded to all my pickups and get them the day that I scheduled.
