This is the second or third time I've hired About Seniors Moving. They've been amazing every single time. Sadly this last time was to pack up my father's place after he passed away. This was a weird emotional move for me. The office gentleman was great and made sure everything was double checked and in place the day before the move. From the moment the moving guys showed up, there was never a complaint in any of the things I asked or if I asked them to do something a certain way. They took initiative, they worked hard and diligently. At the point of unloading I even felt comfortable enough to step away and they were still on top of things and finished way quicker than I expected. Luke and Cameron were the most recent guys to help move, but I've had the pleasure of having Jayson (boss) come out previously. The workers worked just as hard this time as if the boss was there watching and that's what you want from people youre in business with. Can't say enough good things about this company and highly recommend for any senior needing help moving. Thank you to everyone at About Seniors Moving for being above and beyond every single time.✌️✌️

I was happy when jaysun came to my apartment and said the contract I signed included two men to pack and move me and 2 women to unpack and help me organize in my new place. The move was almost 3 weeks ago. No women have shown up. I have called and left messages , No call back. I have large boxes blocking my closet. Nothing in my kitchen cabinets. Basically a mess. I have smaller incidents but I think you get the picture. Not sure what to do at this point…… maybe just cry a lot! Just be careful…..

Needed a fairly quick move to an assisted living facility for my mother. About Seniors Moving was on the recommended list from the facility and after I spoke to them, I didn’t bother with calling anyone else. Miguel made the reservation process so easy and kept clear and consistent communication from reservation to the day of the move. The move team were efficient and made the rather difficult process very easy on me. Super nice guys too! I will use again!
