Friendly fork lift operator. Expect to have to assist even if you are a “no touch” truck driver. Many other workers there, but don’t expect them to assist in unloading freight. It’ll be you and the fork lift driver, that’s it. The guy in charge is not very friendly and just drives off before unloading even begins. No dock. Chain and hook to drag crates off(that’ll be the driver’s job, chaining and hooking crates). Expect to get sweaty and dirty. Don’t plan to take a minute to clean yourself up and catch your breath, as more than likely the unfriendly guy mentioned earlier will rush you to move and leave because he has something important to do. Before you get there, expect to get pestered and nagged about what your ETA is, even though you may even get there over an hour before what your delivery appointment time is. Don’t be surprised if a train blocks the roads in that area for over an hour.

Everyone was on time and ahead of schedule.The packing team was gentle with our stuff and efficient. The moving crew had great work ethic and did excellent work at my house. I was very pleased with all of their performance and care. This was the best moving company we have had in our many years in the military. Thank You! Hopefully the delivery goes just as smoothly.

They were quick and organized. They really didn't have a lot to pack. They seemed a bit disappointed at the size of the Job. Almost like they get paid based on how much there was to pack. Apartment is very small so I only deducted 1 star for some small damages caused by moving my furniture around. Had 2 areas on walls that were damaged but I understand it's a tight space to move stuff around. I didn't notice it until after movers had left and I started painting. Thankfully my apartment is renovating all the apartments anyway so I won't be charged. Just make sure you really take a look at your place for damages before you leave if you think your landlord is going to give you a hard time.

Driver and movers on site were amazingly good. Communicative, efficient, and willing to go above and beyond. The desk jockeys were simply awful to work with though and made this the worst of six successive Navy moves for me. 1. Was given a move date literally the day before delivery, and after repeated emails from me over weeks requesting an expected delivery date. Thank God I kept the emails so I could get last minute support from my CoC. 2. The "manager," unable to see the logistics, set irrational limitations on simple services freely offered by the driver and movers within hours of their arrival, the refusal of which cost me in increased time and their own company in increased labor. Apparently, the refusal was an act of spite because they felt underpaid in the updated contract. 3. After we finally got everything done the hard way anyway, the poor driver was required to have me contact a "dispatcher" to verify verbally that my possessions were delivered. I had already signed all the standard moving paperwork with no discrepancies, so apparently they don't trust their drivers? She was needlessly and aggressively rude and pedantic with me, so I can only imagine how drivers are treated. It really is a shame, because the folks doing the work were awesome. Very professional, neat, quick, and friendly. The company operated like a division where the blueshirts have outstanding level of knowledge and work ethic, but the khaki can't tie their own shoes and don't understand their own instructions, yet they try to micromanage processes and procedures anyway. Then they get frustrated at what is functionally their own failure to either develop in rate knowledge or listen to SMEs.
