We had excellent service from this transportation company. They were on time, courteous and very professional. They loaded my father in his wheelchair into the vehicle made sure he was secured and comfortable, took him to his Dr. appointment gave us his cell number so when appointment was over he could back and pick him up and take him back to his assisted living facility. Such a great service and affordable as well. Thank you ACC!

I've ridden with a few companies and this is one of my favorites. I've yet to have a driver I didn't like. They're very friendly, careful with my chair and I, ask if the temp is comfortable, and always arrive on time or early. Their office is easy to get ahold of, too.

I arranged a ride for my autistic 21 year old for wound care, and everything seemed fine until they just didn't show up this morning. I guess some of the information I gave them was wrong - this is my first time trying to get a ride with Medical Assistance. I wasn't warned when I made the appointment, and they tried to call yesterday, but the only number I had given them was for my disabled son - I thought they needed the number for when they arrived. All of this was distressing and unfortunate, but the reason for my poor rating is the insensitive way it was handled. When I called for the third time to speak to the office manager she couldn't stop arguing with me and lecturing me long enough to answer my questions or apologize, except for a very insincere "I'm sorry, BUT..." When I emailed the owner, I received a boiler-plate "We strive to serve" email reply instead of the call that I requested. If you choose this service, make sure you have them check your insurance while you wait. If you have a choice, don't choose this service.
