At first, he made it sound like a death then you learned it was for a stolen vehicle. The preposterous reason they wrote my daughter is that she is 29 miles from the alleged theft and the only person with that name. The theft occurred at 2 AM. My daughter has never been out at 2 AM. Upon contacting AAA they seemed to share little interest in the fact that their agent uses misrepresentations to get people to call. I was calling to get information about the letter, not to be yelled at. The website for this company states that their staff are "professional" and "dignified". I could not agree any less with these statements.
