Accurate Piano Movers delivered an upright piano for me this week. The move was perfect. I bought the piano from a private party in Los Altos and it was delivered in Napa. The moving crew was careful and methodical. It was ver enjoyable watching them as they knew every angle and trick to handling a piano - tilting this way and that, navigating stairs, and just being careful with my floors - always using padding and smarts. The quote came quickly by text and was lower than three other local movers. There communication was attentive letting me know the day before just when the pickup and delivery would be. They were right on time. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them without reservation.

i am very impressed by this company and their employees. after two bad experiences with other piano movers, i was referred to Accurate Piano Movers, and thank goodness. although i had a ridiculously short lead time for moving my 110 year old grand piano, Accurate fit me into their schedule. my tricky piano move was complete in a matter of minutes by two very polite and personable men. in about two months my piano will need to be moved to a restoration company for pin block restoration, and Accurate Piano Movers is the only company i will call. many thanks to this wonderful family owned business for excellent customer service and excellent moving skills.

I contacted Vidal at Accurate Piano Movers based on a reference from a local piano company. Please note that I just had another piano mover completely flake and was a no show. Vidal quoted a reasonable price and time frame. Follow up included a call with a specific pickup time. The team was on time, quickly and efficiently handled the move from one residence to another in remarkable time. Not a scratch ! I highly recommend APM with Vidal and his team !

Incompetent, arrogant, rude. The team ignored the instructions on the order form. They handled my piano like a cheap sofa. Tried to put the piano on the end on top of a crude, dirty wooden dolly, fine polish against rough wood with no padding whatsoever. My objections were met with belligerence and threats to take the piano back to the warehouse. The lead man refused to put on a mask. P.S.: I saw all the good reviews of this company. I gather these reviewers were luckier than me and dealt with a different crew. However, I still don't see "not a scratch" result being a great accomplishment, rather than the minimal qualification for an accurate piano moving business.

Luis and his father did an AMAZING job moving my piano from San Ramon CA to San Diego CA. On August 14th 2018, the day that my piano was scheduled for delivery there was an emergency on my unit where the plumbing busted and my unit was completely flooded. Luis was unable to complete the job as my unit was inhabitable. It took nearly a month to do the renovation. Accurate Piano Movers held on to my piano and kept it safe until my place was ready. This is the most AWESOME customer service I have ever experienced. Backtrack, the day that Luis and his dad came to pick up my piano, I told him I wish I could bring my humongous hand made wool rug or I will just donate it to goodwill. Luis sensed the sadness in me of not being able to take my rug with me and said “I’ll take it for you!” When I got to my unit, I was so happy to see my rug placed perfectly in the living room where my piano was situated. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your excellent and AMAZING service. I recommend you to anyone who wants to have their piano moved with GREAT care. I give you a MILLION Stars!🙏❤️
