Unprofessional and Unethical Behavior! I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Ace Towing recently. When attempting to retrieve my vehicle, which had been impounded to this location, I encountered nothing but hostility and unprofessionalism from their employees and manager. Firstly, the employees were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They seemed to lack any basic understanding of customer service. Instead of assisting me in a courteous manner, they chose to harass me, making the process of retrieving my vehicle unnecessarily stressful. To make matters worse, upon inspecting my vehicle, I discovered a flat tire which was clearly caused by their towing process. When I brought this to their attention, the manager's response was shockingly dismissive and unapologetic. They callously stated, "That's how it got here," refusing to take any responsibility or offer assistance in rectifying the situation. How would I be driving with a flat tire on the freeway? This kind of behavior is unacceptable from any business, let alone a towing company that should prioritize customer care and responsibility. It is deeply concerning that they are unwilling to acknowledge their mistakes and provide appropriate solutions for issues caused directly by their services. I strongly advise against using Ace(Axx) Towing. Their lack of professionalism, disrespectful treatment of customers, and refusal to take accountability for damages they cause are clear indicators of their disregard for customer satisfaction and ethical business practices. Avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy dealing with unnecessary stress and disrespect.

Known as elevate towing, I requested a tow thru AAA and driver went missing for 2 hours with my car. Their company is a nightmare please avoid at all costs. drivers never answer phones or provide updates.
