BEWARE. I hired Aces to help unload a moving truck. Their rates seemed reasonable and they accommodated several time changes (the truck didn't arrive when it was supposed to). HOWEVER, they did not tell me until just before they sent the movers over that they changed for driving time. Because this isn't unusual, and because it was too late at that point to find someone else, I didn't think much of it. The movers arrived and unloaded the truck (with help from myself and my brother) in about two hours . The movers charged me for three hours, which I assumed included the driving time, and I tipped them in cash. Then I got a phone call advising me that they needed to charge me for an additional two hours. They advised me that this included two hours of driving time AND a three-hour minimum for the unloading. AGAIN, nobody told me beforehand that they had a three-hour minimum. When I suggested that the three hour minimum should at least include the driving time, I wss basically blown off. So I was charged five hours for two hours of actual work. There was a definite lack of transparency, which to me indicates dishonesty in the billing process.

Mike, Nas, and Brodie were pros. They moved my stuff so quickly and carefully. Since moving to the valley they've helped me move homes 3 times. This time was tough because I had them move my stuff upstairs. Mike is a Tetris pro he somehow fit all my indoor stuff and patio with barely any room to spare on his 26ft truck. He was careful the entire time and they handle all my TVs and mounting needs efficiently. Awesome group of guys. I would use them again and again

I could not ask for anything better! The team that moved our things was great. We had some fine art pieces that they wrapped and protected. We never had to worry about any damage because it was so well protected. From large furniture pieces to very small boxes every item was handled with care. If we ever need to move again they will be our first and only call because we know they will get the job done and do it right. Thanks Aces.

These guys were amazing! Super efficient! Very careful! They took such good care of our stuff and did it so fast. They moved our entire house (not a small house either) in literally 4 hours start to finish, including getting it all unloaded and stuff put up stairs in the new house. Blown away by the efficiency and care they had. The value far superseded what we paid. Will always use these guys if we move! Highly recommend! 10 out of 5 stars!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The guys were punctual and super efficient - had a 2 bedroom apartment a a ton of boxes unloaded in under two hours. Took excellent care of our furniture, assembled the beds and attached mirror to dresser in record time. Highly recommended if you're moving.
