This particular company, branch, what have you, is either stealing or losing peoples packages. Many people have reported this issue around the web. I have had my package stolen or lost here as well. Customer service is non existent - no one to get a hold of. I have a hunch theres an employee here taking advantage of whatever system in place to make off with the packages, OR something is very wrong with their system and they need to find a way to streamline or become more transparent about why packages are not arriving to their destinations or are severely delayed.

Not sure if this is the right location or if it's ACI Express of LA that's having a bad problem with packages getting lost [or stolen] over the last several months. If this is ACI of Compton, CA, then this place is losing (or employees stealing) small heavy'ish packages that were shipped from Asia in transit to Oregon. USPS isn't getting all packages. My wife and I, separately, have had about 5-10 packages arrive at ACI Compton, but then never make it into the USPS tracking system for delivery. Big problem since L about September 2022. I have received many orders placed a month ago, but missing orders in ACI hands in September and October. Please investigate. May try calling to provide tracking numbers. Website in Asian language--cannot be read by me nor translated so cannot navigate or seek assistance that way, unfortunately. *Photo shows one of many packages lost/stolen. Still haven't received it and USPS does not have any updated tracking info on it...so where is it?
