This company is a horror show! Stay away from them. The only good thing was the guys were polite and respectful. Otherwise, there were all kinds of delays, promises, and no communication whatsoever. Most of our furniture was damaged, broken, and missing parts. The boxes, which were held for 2 weeks looked like they had the for 10 years! I don’t know how they made this so bad. I’ve moved several times and this is the worse company by far. They got one star for politeness.

Original quote was for $2500. Ended up paying almost $5000 to move. Didn’t want to leave a one star review but they are impossible to get on then phone, broke a ton of items items during the move (valued over $1,000) and are just not helpful at all. Heed this warning and go with a different company

Last minute move , Across States Relocations was a LIFE SAVER to say the least. Accommodated my needs with all the moving supplies, I just had to get myself, my partner and our two young boys situated in our vehicle and the crew took care of the rest. My things were safely delivered after moving back to South Florida from Central Florida. I recommend a million times, assured me every step of the way. Thank you crew!

This company relocated me from North Carolina and arrived at a reasonable time. Initially, I wasn't aware that my price would increase, but I ended up agreeing to it since I had more boxes than I initially estimated. My items were delivered 10 days later. While the boxes arrived with some dents and dings, none of my belongings were damaged. Communication was satisfactory; I received notifications prior to both pickup and delivery, and all my questions were answered promptly. For any future moves, I will be using this company again. Highly Recommended!
