Want to move to the house of your dreams, pay a ton of money for moving and have the moving company RUIN YOUR PREVIOUS HOUSE? Well. Then go with MOVE IN USA. Not only did they FORGET HALF of our furniture to move, but they also damaged (as in now it’s removed completely) our front storm door, Damaged our EXPENSIVE Wooden Slider Door (where it needs to also be replaced), but they damaged and/or broke almost all the items that did make it to our new house! Greg pretended to be nice and helpful up front, telling us to “file a claim” however their insurance company is a JOKE! $11.000 worth of damage and they try to send us a $135 check? Move In USA, Owings Mills MD is a JOKE! Don’t waste your time. Trust me.

I would never hire this company again. Being prior service I have moved more times than I can count and this was by far the worst move. So many items just thrown in boxes, and not packed correctly. Heavy items on top of fragile items with no care or regard for any of our things. Very disheartening. Most of the items broken were antiques or items from family that have passed. We moved from MD to FL and to get our stuff delivered was a nightmare. The truck was “broken” so they sent us a partial shipment. It was supposed to be beds and other useful items. Our bed was missing parts as well as another so we had to continue on an air mattress. They brought the dining table with no chairs or legs, and holiday boxes. They brought the couch with no cushions. A useless delivery to pacify us and it was not helpful at all. Complained to Greg and he apologized and said that wasn't what was supposed to be delivered. He never offered compensation for anything. Again, I have moved so many times and this was by far the worst. We paid so much for this move and it just wasn't worth the hassle or aggravation. I would hire someone else!!

They destroyed all my belongs and offered me less than a hundred dollars for damages. All of my furniture is chipped (which they packed), and all of my boxes showed up soaking wet, and dripping. The cardboard was torn apart, open, and everything smelled like oil. They clearly tried to retape them, but all my items were already soaking wet and destroyed. They won’t respond to our letters or complaints. The pictures speak for themselves.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I can’t stress this enough. The movers damaged the walls of my home and some of my furniture. Items were poorly packed and mishandled. I have contacted the company about the damages done and they have pretty much said that my home owners insurance should pay for the damage. I spoke to Gregg who only gave information about claims for the furniture and not my home damage. After calling around I got in touch with Rachel who was giving me the run around and not trying to rectify the situation. I was told to provide an estimate for the repairs after going back and forth with them. I did exactly that as we had our contractor come in and repair the wall because we were having our new tenants move in two weeks. Rachel basically said that the company invoice I sent was not legitimate and that the company did not exist…(smh) and that we should have gotten 3 estimates from other companies. Keep in mind we’ve been using this company for about 10 years. Basically saying anything to avoid paying for the damages. If you are looking for movers AVOID this one at all cost. I wish I would have read the reviews before using this company. Hopefully, I can help someone else to not make the same mistake I did.

PHENOMENAL! This was an incredibly high stress move for us with a house closing that kept getting moved and moved and moved. Greg was patient and thorough, checking in with us weekly for updates. He articulated company policy well and did his best to get us in on our preferred date. (Which, he did!) The crew themselves - 3 men (and Alvin the Chipmunk on the grill of the truck, LOL) were truly a cut above. The supervisor was strategic, solved problems creatively and efficiently, communicated well with his team as well as with us and clearly had everyone's genuine, earned respect. The other two gentlemen were hard working, speedy yet careful, friendly and just a joy to work with. The job came in exactly as estimated, beautifully executed. In this sh!tshow of a transition, Move In USA was truly a bright spot and a gift. Highly highly recommend!
