I've been with Adams and Adams for 10yrs... rented 2 properties throughout that period and never had any issues with the company it's self. They've been prompt with repairs or replacements, and try to do everything to accommodate my needs as a tennent. I read the previous posts and could not disagree more. Sometimes, issues take more time than others and this is due to the Land Lords budget for that property.

Do not rent here. They are unbelievably rude and disorganized. Do not go through Adams Adams and morris for anything. I have never been treated so badly by anyone. If they are friendly and helpful its just because you havent started renting yet. Once you do goodluck. Not sure how they are still in business. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Cardboard box would be less stressful to live in.
