Tuesday June 4, 1 warning was about guest parking and if not moved it will be towed Thursday. It was moved and put in our official apartment parking space. We understand in the lease there are rules that state if vehicles are in official parking they can be towed BUT that is with 1 warning in the past 5 days. Thursday the same man argued trying to take the car saying it had expired tags and proceeded to lie saying that they warned us Tuesday about the expired tags. There was only one warning about the car and it was moved. The company only cares about taking a cars back to their junk yard and lie about reasons to take them. Another apartment down the street had to pay a drop fee because the tow truck had tried to take their car as well. I hope everyone gets to see this comment and let it be as helpful to others.

Disappointing Service Experience - Avoid This Establishment I regret to say that my recent experiences at [Adams Towing ] were extremely disappointing. The staff members were consistently rude and disrespectful, demonstrating a lack of professionalism that is unacceptable in any service-oriented business. Despite having worked in the towing industry for nine years and never encountering such behavior elsewhere, I found the staff at[Adams Towing ] to be confrontational and uncooperative. This resulted in unnecessary delays in releasing vehicles and added frustration to an already stressful situation. Furthermore, the interactions with the staff were unacceptable. I was shocked to be informed by one of the representatives that there would be no future assistance provided to me. Overall, I cannot recommend [Adams Towing ] based on my experiences. I urge others to avoid this establishment and seek service elsewhere where professionalism and respect for customers are valued.

I don't know where this company hires their drivers but they might want to make sure they actually have licenses. On my home, while getting on the freeway I was cut off by one of their towing trucks who came speeding down the on-ramp to my right side and then cut in front of me all while having to drive halfway in the shoulder to do so. When I blared my horn at him, he proceeded to flash his rear lights blinding drivers behind including myself as we're merging onto the freeway. As I passed him, the gentleman proceeds to flip me off as I merge over two lanes. He then merged behind me and flashed his high beams on me repeatedly until I had gotten off the freeway a few exits later. Maybe they're looking to make a quick buck by causing accidents so they could then tow your car? I definitely would not want this driver on the road let alone towing my vehicle.

Predatory company charging ridiculous, in some cases even illegal fees (5% surcharge on debit transactions), “after hours gate fee” for opening the gate when they’re obviously already in the office and available…
