The moving crew was great, they were nice guys who treated all of our belongings with care and the fact they take apart the bigger pieces of furniture and put them back together at the new location is really a game changer! Unfortunately there was some miscommunications with the office staff that impacted how smooth the move went day of, however the owner Nick reached out and not only made us feel heard in our frustrations but also went out of his way to really rectify the issue which we really appreciated. Would recommend this company based solely off the moving crew and the customer service on the owner’s part.

From my very first phone call to schedule a date, to the actual moving day, I was extremely impressed with Adirondack Movers. They are extremely friendly and professional. Chris and Jordan were awesome! They were on time and very careful with my furniture. I would highly recommend these movers.

Not sure if the other people who rated this company were friends and family just giving their company a boost or if they have new crew that is NOT PROPERLY TRAINED, but we were NOT happy with the services provided. I cannot give you a count on the number of times I heard boxes or furniture bang into something. I witnessed it twice. There is small, but permanent damage to my furniture and molding. I have several broken items from boxes labeled FRAGILE and with every item wrapped in bubble wrap or paper. The way they threw things around haphazardly, didn't read the labels on the boxes, and didn't listen to my specific instructions left me dumfounded. Then, when I called to ask for reimbursement for my broken items, I never got a call back.

It was on a spur of the moment when I needed to have the help of movers to move our entire contents of house to Pennsylvania. The were so good at rearranging the schedule and accommodating us. They have been nothing but the best and I am a hard grader. I would definitely recommend Adirondack Moving Company. Thanks to everyone that have been involved in the move with us . I’m sorry about the pictures, I don’t know how to correct them but they’re there.😀
