This company and its owners are absolute scam artists! The towing division of the company is called T.J. harrill towing but it is the same company as this. I recently broke down in my small 23ft RV and had them tow it 20 miles. It took them about 1.25 - 1.5 hours to hook it up and tow it 20 miles to their lot. They didnt have to do anything extravagant to tow it, it was all very straightforward. It then sat at their lot for 2 days till i could pick it up. They then would not release it to me unless i paid them $2000.00! They had control of my vehicle so they grossly overcharged me because they knew they could keep my RV if i didnt pay the bill. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They are extremely rude, highly expensive, and non helpful at all. My son's car was towed to their lot after an accident, our insurance requested it be towed to the company we wanted to fix it and it needed to be done that day. The older lady there was extremely hateful on the phone and very uncooperative. If we ever need a towing company again, I will definitely demand a different company.

T J Harrell, helped me out and I don't think they realize how grateful I am. They heard what happened to me and how I was incarcerated, this place is a fine example of a community. They did their best and rolled up my windows so there wouldn't be much damage to the car. I would have lost everything. I hope in the future I can help them out the way they helped me. Thank you.

Great bunch of folks in the Harrill regime! Known them for years even worked as a driver haulin beans, bullets, to band aids and even good ol Tennessee lumber finished log cabin homes. Vestal stoves, catnapper products and good ole Washington State apples... Need freight moved of all kinds call them up. Can do companies there.
