They left items behind, they broke or lost every single piece of furniture and the moving facility was robbed. The first thing I pointed out in the move was a piece of artwork on the wall. They left it and refused to come back for it. When they finally did came back for it, they made me pay $67 to come get it. The moving facility was left unlocked, unattended and without video surveillance. It was robbed. In the robbery, my $2000.00 silk blanket chest was stolen, full of all my bedding. They ruined EVERY SINGLE PIECE of furniture. They scratched my flat screen TV, they broke the legs off my dresser, they chipped my mirror, they caved in my bookshelf, there was paint on my sofa. In total, they lost or ruined over $11,000.00 of furniture. They offered me a laughable $200.00 to cover the damages and in exchange for "not complaining to any organizations."

Run away from these guys. I hired them for the move last week and found them to be very unprofessional. The movers came 1 hour late and asked for outrageous packing charge of $350~400. After the move, they wanted 20% tips. The worst part of whole ordeal was to uncover a broken lamp in the piles of moving boxes over the weekend. I just called the company for the reimbursement and was told that they only paid for $1 per 6 pounds?

Admiral Van Lines was great to work with. They gave me a good deal and the price never changed. They sent over a great team. A foreman and his three guys packed my two bedroom apartment in just two hours. They carefully packed and wrapped everything. They did not let me do anything. After they set off to our new destination, they called me to let me know where they are. When they arrived, they helped me set up the place. They were awesome. My move was just perfect with no surprises.

Admiral Van Lines was incredible! Their movers were professional, on time and efficient. They took care of my stuff and were focused on getting me in and out of my old place. They got to my new place fast and all my belongings were in great condition. They were dedicated to staying inside the time frame on my estimate. The movers were easy to talk to and seemed happy to be there. I highly recommend using Admiral Van Lines for your move!

It was something more than satisfaction! More than incredible!! Last month, I moved from Alabama to North Dakota and I choose Admiral van lines. It was such an affordable and professional handling that I didn’t have to think for a second for my belongings. I absolutely relied on them. It was possible because they are such guys who take care of their customers even more than theirs. Jacob and his staffs have been very careful with my furniture. Every item was spotless after the delivery. I really respect their professionalism. I have been using their service for the last decade and I have no grudge on them. I highly recommend this mover.
