I spent almost a month and multiple emails back-and-forth and leaving messages on their voicemail and still have not heard back from them. It’s pretty tragic the non-service that exists and how there is no regard for patients/potential patients. I spent hours getting all my mom‘s records, filled out a medical appt, emailed a referral and for weeks nothing. I’ve left many messages on their voicemail. Nobody answers the phone during work hours yet they’re all going message indicates business hours are Monday to Friday 9 to 5 with lunch from 12-1pm. If the office does not intend to see patients, perhaps the right thing to do would be refer to a Doctor Who would instead of squandering weeks and hours of precious time. My mom have had some pulmonologist issues for years and then had a stroke. My time has been revolving around caring for her and to be so disrespected immensely like this is so inappropriate on so many levels.

If you’re expecting to have prompt or immediate care. This is not the place for you. This office is completely incompetent and has zero regard for a patients time. Tried to make an appointment here to see Dr. Bigelow. Was told she didn’t have anything for weeks. Then they referred me to an ENT doctor which I was able to see and had a great experience with. I was then told I had to schedule a spirometry test at St. Francis hospital. I was not given any preemptive instructions on what I needed to do or not do prior to the test so I had to come back the next day and take more time off work. 4 weeks and $250 later I still don’t know the results DESPITE calling her office every week to see if someone could tell me the results. Never heard from Dr. Bigelow. I finally get a call back from her assistant to schedule a ZOOM call. I follow all the instructions. 25 min into the ZOOM appt. Still no doctor. They have no regard for anyones time. I show up on time. That’s the least any medical professional should do. THEN, I get a voicemail stating it was THEIR ERROR (they had my email address wrong - even though I checked in to the appt and had to provide them with my email address. Which I wrote correctly. And that I would most likely be charged a no show fee! The audacity of this office is mind blowing. Again, completely unprofessional. Don’t waste your time with this office.

Waited nearly 2 hours for my appointment and by the time I got seen they had “forgotten” to take my vitals. Super unprofessional work environment did not feel respected at all and had some of my medical conditions questioned by her which was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Dr. Bigelow is very good at listening, and she is very considerate. She is reassuring and she explains things clearly and in a non patronizing way. I could tell she really cared.
