The service was very professional and efficient. The movers were pleasant and very hard working. It was a hot day and I was moving into a condo with only one elevator in use. They had a lot of patience and did the job as fast as they could. I would recommend them as they took a lot of care with my furniture and pictures wrapping them so they did not get scratched. Thank you for making a stressful situation a lot easier!

They moved stuff carefully and fast, took care of fragile stuff with cover protection. They are nice and friendly. They organized so many stuffs very well. Much appreciated their help. The team is an excellent team and we rated them as the best moving team I experienced. I will recommend them to my friends.

I read all these glowing reviews and was excited to work with this company. I’m not how they have so many excellent reviews. Perhaps it was just the team we had, but this was our experience today. They came to move us at 9 AM. They brought the wrong size truck so they could not load all of our things. My husband had to go to U-Haul and rent a second truck. It took them more than eight hours to load the truck. We have moved many times and it has never taken this long. The people who were moving in to place arrived with their movers late in the afternoon. We paid their movers $300 to get the rest of our belongings out of our condo. Some of our things, including two large screen, TVs, a dining room set and other items are still sitting in the garage at the condo. As of 1030 pm they finally came to the end of the truck and the movers refused to go back and get the rest of our belongings, which were sitting in a parking space in the garage of the condo. When we spoke to the manager, he refused to give us any discount. Despite the money we spent for the extra movers, the U-Haul truck and the fact that now we have to go back and get the rest of our stuff ourselves tomorrow. They still had $3000 worth of my husband’s tools on the truck and refused to take them off until we pay them in full. Below is one of our damaged tables. I would never recommend this company. So disappointed. UPDATE: Ahmad called me and offered $250 for me to remove my negative review. I said I would not take money to remove a review. Several days later, he called and we had a long discussion about all the things that went wrong. I told him what I wanted was an apology for the inconvenience this company caused us and assurance that movers receive adequate training and transparency (if they don't think they can complete the job, they need to notify the owners sooner than 10:30 at night). He then offered me $280 (an 8% discount, which I felt was reasonable) for the inconvenience, irrespective of the Google review, as a demonstration of understanding. I told him I was appreciative of his understanding and effort to improve services. One day after I received the refund, he called and asked me again to remove the review. This is about transparency. We had an absolutely horrible experience and I believe that other potential customers need to know that not every review is a 5* review. Every company has something to learn about how they can do better. This is an opportunity for improvement. I have written dozens of 5* reviews for companies, but I'm sorry, this cannot be one.

I recently moved and made two trips. Tarzan and anas were great movers! Efficient, quick, and polite people. They assembled my bed and were effective with communication. They also took time with my belongings and were super nice. Thank you advancing moving.
