Staff is helpful. I have an internal storage unit that was clean, but the light bulb went out while I was loading it up so it was difficult to see. The internal units are locked on Sundays so I couldn't access it. It does the job though, stores all my stuff.

This review is just for the first day and customer service. There are some things I wanted in a storage unit that this place doesn't have, but they make up for it with a wonderful and caring staff and their surveillance system. Having just had a huge storage unit in the area elsewhere, completely demolished and mostly stolen I needed a place to move whatever was left, to someplace I could trust. Shelli answered all of my questions, some to my disappointment but most to reassurance. I'm not from the area, but had planned on moving nearby, but it never happened. So most of my stuff was in Stockton. Signing up was easy and fun, and I appreciated the compassion Shelli had. And the deals are pretty good, which is why I chose this one.

I had rented a storage unit here many moons ago and had a good experience, so naturally this was the first place I contacted. The staff there were super friendly and knowledgeable about unit renting. The facility is clean and safe, but the best part of renting a unit from Advanced Mini Storage was the price, so there you go.
