Rented a 10 foot U-Haul a few days ago. Got all of my stuff moved into my apartment and when I was done I filled up the gas tank completely, parked the U-Haul out front and dropped the keys in the lock box. Got a call the next day saying they couldn’t find the keys, I asked them to check again and they didn’t call back so I’m assuming they found it. Next day I woke up to a 250$ charge on my account. I called them in confusion to what had happened and they said there was a 60$ fee for not filling up the gas tank all the way. I told them that I filled it up right before I dropped it off, and then they sent a picture of a 1/2 empty tank. I plead my case and said I filled it up and they didn’t care and claimed I didn’t. Even after that the rest of the math didn’t add up with the extra 60$ charge. PLEASE DO NOT RENT A U-HAUL FROM HERE YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!

I rarely write reviews and when I do they are usually negative. This case is different. I have used Advanced Packaging on 3 different occasions. They UNDERSTAND customer service. They UNDERSTAND what doing a job efficiently and safely means. I can't say enough about Sean and his team. They have twice packaged, moved and unpacked some very fragile items for my wife and I (both large and small). Every item they touched, arrived 100% intact, and on-time, just as they promised it would be. They also go the extra mile to make sure that if something comes up you may have forgotten, or something suddenly needs attention in the packaging or delivery beyond what was expected, it too is quickly taken care of with no problems. Their level of service is unique and welcome. I highly recommend Sean and his team in whatever you need packaged, delivered and protected. They can be trusted. Thanks Sean for your latest help and EXCELLENT service!
