Yall! I never leave reviews and especially because it was Black owned I struggled but this was unacceptable. The customer service is my only positive because Mr Nathan was nice and organized prior to the move however the actual move was a nightmare. First, one of the movers WALKED OFF and left in the middle of the move. Therefore it was predominantly one man moving my place. I moved a 2bedroom 920 sq apartment to a different unit in the SAME complex. The move took 10 hours to complete and was a whopping $1,000. With quality men (no shade to Josh who is pictured below because he was great) this job should’ve been complete in 3-4 hours. My mattresses are filthy though my King was covered. Tv leg broken. Never again.

I had a good experience with this company. I had a mover cancel on me at the last minute, and Advantage Express were able to move my things within an hour or so after booking. They were quick and professional. Definitely recommend them if you’re needing a move done quick and well. Thanks guys!

I highly recommend Advanced Express Movers. The name says it all! I was able to schedule my pickup and delivery 3 Afters after calling in. Moving from another state I've experienced many obstacles and needed my things moved quickly. The movers, Demetrius and Que were able to quickly pickup and drop off. They have very efficient methods and didn't take long to move my things. They definitely moved each item with care. Thank you guys so much!! You have relieved me of so much stress and I definitely feel a little more optimistic about this move. Will definitely call you back to complete my move next week!

Be cautious when setting up a move with this company. Unfortunately, it did NOT seem that we spoke with the same person more than once, which may be where the discrepancy is from. We were quoted between $600-$700 for a move only 1.5 hours away from our previous address, which was estimated between 5-6 hours. When all was said and done, was charged closer to $1300, plus the deposit that was not put towards the total. We have tried for over a week to get an itemized receipt to figure out why it nearly doubled, but they have yet to send one and are now ignoring our contacts. From our understanding, we were overcharged by about 3 hours. 2 hours for when the movers returned home and over an hour when the movers were "lost," but did not contact us for help or an update. We had to contact them to find out where they were. We made it there before they did, even though they left nearly an hour before we did! The guys themselves did a great job with packing up and unloading, so we did like them (they were 3rd party contractors, they mentioned that). They were given a cash tip each, as I did not trust the company to give it to them after the price hike. Company also pushed hard for Zelle or Cashapp for paying, which we thought was odd for a professional company. However, due to the price hike, lack of transparency from the company, and the movers showing up 2 hours later than expected, do NOT recommend. If you do choose this company, make sure you are not on a strict schedule, you get an itemized estimate, as well as an itemized receipt BEFORE agreeing to the charge. That was my fault for naively trusting the person we originally spoke with.

Well, it started off well. My intent was to write a glowing review. On Monday, they came and moved what was a minor load. They helped us move a fridge from one place to another. We did have a treadmill and a weight station that took some time to break down. They left half of the weight station. They then got to the new home and dented a pillar, put a hole in the wall, and tore paint off the walls trying to put a couch in the bedroom. The biggest problem is that they lied. They came to a two veteran home and lied. They said they would come the following day for repairs and to finish the job. They said they would call. We have been ghosted. We have heard nothing. This is beyond a business problem. This is a problem of integrity. I will do my very best to see that they never service another military family again.
