I am beyond disappointed by the experience I had with this company. The day we were supposed to move out of our home we were told a window at which they would arrive. The window was between 11-2 and they showed up by 5. I get it things happen but that was just the first red flag. We were told this was a full service moving company but the movers didn’t show up with tools to break down our trampoline, bed frames, etc when we explicitly told them what items we had ahead of time. We had to go purchase tools for the movers to use in order for them to do their job. While our stuff was being moved we received zero communication on the ETA. We texted Frank and the movers and we were straight up ignored. The most disappointing part of this experience is when our stuff arrived our mattresses were filthy. Frank told us mattress covers would be provided and they clearly were not. On top of the filthy mattresses our bed frame also had some damage. They also lost the bed screws to the bed frame and lost the screws to put together our kitchen table Also our son’s crib was damaged now leaving him without a place to sleep. ALSO the movers did not set our trampoline back up or any of our bed frames. This is not a full service company like they advertise. They straight up lie and ruin your belongings. All of this and the movers that were moving our stuff into our new home had the audacity to complain about moving items upstairs because they were too heavy. Again we explicitly told them we were moving into a second story home. Save yourself the trouble and go with a different company because this was an absolute disaster of an experience.

Great service from start to finish, affordable and efficient. Our cross-country move went just as planned. Movers showed on time for pickup, were friendly and careful. The owner was prompt with communication and transparent with all the details of the move. We were thrilled they were able to accommodate a tight timeline, making it from Minnesota to Florida in just two days. Delivery went well and everything arrived in original condition as expected. They also transported our SUV on a trailer behind the truck, making our move all the more convenient. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience!

We recently used Aegis for a move from PA to NC. They were on time and worked quickly and carefully. Frank was a great communicator and the guys that moved us, Juan and Deyonte, were terrific. We only had Deyonte on one end of our move but were fortunate enough to have Juan managing our move on both ends. Juan is a 1 in a 1000 type of employee and worker. He was super communicative, friendly, helpful and did a great job of directing and mentoring the other employees that were with him. If we move again, I will 100% contact Aegis and request that Juan manage our move

Even though he was a third-party provider for my move, Frank the owner did an excellent job of communicating with me and outlining my expectations. The movers, Rob and Shane, were amiable, productive, and had good communication skills. Even though there are boxes everywhere I look today, I'm thankful that they assembled my mattresses and couches and removed the boxes as requested. Many thanks, everyone!

Frank (owner) did a great job of communicating and setting my expectations, even as a third party vendor for my move. Rob and Shane (movers) also communicated well, were efficient and friendly. I'm surrounded by boxes now but I'm grateful they put together my essentials (beds and sofas) and took away the boxes just like I asked. Thanks guys!
