This company was great at first. However, all has changed ill start which the vehicals. Vehical 11# The chair in the back of the drivers chair is loose. When the driver breaks and/or stops the chair moves. Both sliding doors open yet lock once out. i have thick hands so i cant unlock the door. Its ridiculous and needs to be fixed 2) They overflow their vehicals to the point people end up having to call up the doctors. I have witness this issue with my own eyes . If this company wants to pursue there business they need more vehicles and be able to maintain their vehical as well. This company has yet to do anything in terms of vehicals. Got picked up today by the red van. The seat was still loose and now the struts in the undercarriage is loose.

One of these amazing driver's came within inches of hitting me while swerving all over 140 mind you this is with an elderly passenger whom I am assuming is a customer well when I called whoever answered was extremely rude I would recommend using any company but this one if you want safe transportation or any sort of professional courtesy when dealing with customer service
