All these five star reviews are created by A&A--do a little digging and you'll find these fake, vague reviews all over the place. Working with A&A was the worst, most stressful moving experience I've ever had. I've moved across the country several times, using both national and local movers, and have never had myself, my family, and our hard-earned and valuable belongings treated with such disrespect. We were initially quoted $10,000 for our NJ to CO move. In the end, we paid over $18,000. In spite of paying this much, you can see from the photos that our belongings were treated like trash. Most of the boxes coming off the truck were crushed or ripped open. Several of our boxes were missing, and I could never get a straight answer from A&A as to where they might be. We were told in writing and verbally that we could pay the remaining balance by credit card the day before our delivery, because $18,000 was way above our original budget--but at the last minute were forced to pay in cash. This was a devastating reversal of what was promised and we had to scramble to borrow money to make that happen. We jumped through every hoop A&A threw at us to try and rectify this awful situation. I documented everything, providing written descriptions and photographs of everything broken and missing, and submitted the claim form to Sal Navarro as instructed. He told me it would take 30-90 days for their insurance company to make us an offer. When I called for updates, he was rude and short with me, saying I'd "have to be patient," so I waited until the 90 days were up to call again. It was obvious he didn't remember me and that nothing had been done. After doing some research, I found another way to submit the claim directly to their third party handler. There's a 6 month window to submit a claim to that company, and I realized that Sal had been purposefully delaying me to try to get that deadline to pass. The third party company quickly offered us a $170 settlement, based on the weight of our broken items and not including anything we packed ourselves, or our missing items. A&A didn't put inventory stickers on any of our boxes, so there was no way to know what was actually missing until we had unpacked everything. A&A had no answer for this clear negligence of a universal moving company practice, and said we'd have to go to arbitration if we wanted to address it. That costs $200. I'd given all my money to A&A already, and after 7 months of this stressful back and forth, I just wanted the process to be over. I accepted their insultingly low offer. 43 days later and no check has been issued. Sal pretends he doesn't know how this process works and I can't get an update from anyone. To add insult to injury, no one at A&A has ever returned my calls--not once--and now they won't even pick up when they see my number calling. This review is my desperate final plea to A&A to please pay us the agreed upon amount so I can finally move on from this nightmare. For all the carelessness and callousness with which they've treated us and our belongings, it's a very small price for them to pay. Literally less than the least they could do.

Lawrence and his crew did an excellent job. They wrapped, dismantled, packed, and moved all of our previous belongings efficiently yet carefully. Not only did they pack the truck TIGHT proving that they weren't jipping us for space or money, but when it seemed we may go over our estimated line slightly he was honest and upfront and we watched him space it out to ensure his honesty. This was an extraordinary job and we appreciate all the care that the company took with our stuff. I would highly recommend this company to others doing a large move (ours was a 4 bedroom).

01/10/22 While our items came a week and a half after our pick up, I had a priceless mirror that was forgotten about at the warehouse. The representative Sal was able to send photos and confirm that it was located in their possession and reassured us we would get it delivered on the next route down. Here is now January and since then he has ignored both emails, calls and voicemails. We even spoke to another rep who let us know they would speak to Sal. After trying to call again and getting an attitude from the phone rep Sandy, who was originally very nice when we scheduled the move, I officially am revoking my original rating. I have no where else to go at this point because no one wants to step up and help with lost/left behind items. 11/15/2021 The team that showed up was great! Quick and communicative. They were very professional and friendly, would definitely use them again if needed. Thank you to Santiago, Juan & Julio!

They came on the 5th of August and they told her that it would take 14 days without weekends. And she didn't get her stuff until the 5th of this month. And lamp shade was damaged and mop broking and a 1,800 Dalla Buffet table was not on truck!! We have call over and over and now we are being blocked. And one is answering our calls!!! Something better be done fast. Plus she had to pay 622.00 when they came.🤬🤬🤬 this company finally found the table of my friend that was been missing they contacted her September 10 to let her know they found it. But for now she can’t get it unless there is a shipment going her way so does that mean she has to wait another month or two or three before she can get it it’s not right and it’s not fair. And she should not be paying what she paid for for not getting 100% of all of her merchandise that belongs to her.

The foreman in the delivery truck was rude as hell, refusing to even open the truck until paid in cash. The man who moved the majority of the items was perfectly nice. They turned up in an unbranded truck, and could've been anyone. We'd never even heard of them before, as we were dealing with another moving company that was apparently unable to complete a simple move on their own (Direct Relocation Services) and sold the remainder of the contract, since they make a point to say they're "not a broker". Not sure why they're marked as temporarily closed since I just encountered them this morning.
