Beware of Top-Notch Movers – A Horrible Experience** I had an absolutely terrible experience with Top-Notch Movers. They are one of the worst moving companies out there. When they finally delivered our belongings, nearly 50% of our items were either broken or severely damaged. On top of that, our furniture arrived scratched, dented, and in worse condition than when they picked it up. The company’s name is completely misleading – there's nothing "top-notch" about their service. If you value your belongings, do not hire them. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and money by choosing a more reliable moving company.

Definitely the best movers I have worked with! I have moved 8+ times for school / work across multiple states and in/out of many different types of homes and apartment buildings. These guys truly are the best movers I have worked with and I was super impressed with their efficiency and care during my move from DC to Chicago. In a matter 2 weeks during the busiest time of year, they were able to arrange a cross country move for me after my previous movers fell through. He kept in good communication, explained how the pricing worked, and also kept me updated along the way. The pricing was very reasonable and there were no hidden surprises. I could tell that he is experienced, a hard worker, and cares about customer service. He was patient with all my questions and concerns despite the fact that I was stressing out after my previous move with a different company fell through. The moving truck and trailer set-up they used for my move is perfect for complex city moves and houses w/ alleys or limited parking options or space. I didn't see any issues with broken furniture / items, and they were able to get some pretty big and heavy pieces up to my apartment on the 3rd floor despite no elevator. Because he does a lot of Interstate moves, it's easiest to speak with him on the phone or text. I truly appreciated ATN Movers help during this move from DC to Chicago, and I am recommending them to friends / family as well based on my experience.

ATN Movers are fabulous! They were on time, professional and courteous. I was worried at first because they didn’t require an up front contract. That turned out to not be a problem at all. I had a somewhat complicated move. I was flying back into to DC to get my 3 bedroom condo contents out of storage. The driver was coming into DC from another state to pick up the load. The driver ended up being about 4 hours late. I was so worried ATN would cancel the move. They stuck with me all the way and assured me it would be no problem. At some point, we began moving the contents out of storage. This move would require 3 stops at different locations to unload. ATN worked with me stage the items for the 3 stops in the storage garage while we waiting on the driver’s arrival. This is where the fun begins…the driver arrived on a flat bed truck with no box…no walls. We did not realize this was going to be the case as the driver was a friend and did not tell us the truck would not have walls. ATN was reluctant to load the truck for us. However, after we accepted full responsibility for the load onto a truck with no walls 🫣, ATN loaded that truck with precision! They did a great job! I can’t believe how well they did. Thank you ATN! Here are pictures of the truck once they loaded it and pictures after the driver tied the load down! I can’t believe it myself…but it all worked out! Thank you ATN!!! JOB WELL DONE!! 👏👏

Ludvin and team were efficient, accommodating, and affordable. They loaded and unloaded our stuff in under 3 hours, which included ~45 minutes of driving. They were careful when unloading our boxes and furniture, and there was no damage in our new place. Eddy was the lead on the ground and he did a great job in communicating and managing the team. We have verbally recommended them to people we know, and we strongly endorse them to others as well!

Best movers I’ve ever had (and I’ve moved 12 times!). Faster at packing than the other companies I’ve used, and for a better price. They even accommodated special requests for weight tickets, and were super responsive to my texts any time I had a question. They even sent me additional receipts weeks after my move because I asked for them. That is immaculate customer service!! You will regret it if you choose someone else!
