My company recently had a reefer trailer breakdown under a refrigerated load. I called multiple cross docking facilities to try and have this load taken off one refrigerated and put into another that I had in the area. Every place I called either refused to help or give me vague answers if they could do this or not. As soon as I called AIM Transportation Services I was immediately relieved knowing I found the right spot. Even though they were about to close, Maida worked after hours making sure my trailer was towed to their facility safely. Even the next day when replacement trailer was behind schedule, Maida, Freddy and their team remained in communication and went above and beyond to make sure transfer happened flawlessly. I cannot say enough great things about this facility and their employees. If I'm ever in Waterloo, IA, I owe them all a meal. Thank you AIM crew for getting my driver back on the road and going above and beyond to do so.

I've used Aim Transportation as a carrier on my load's for several years now. Maida is the dispatcher that I always work with. She is excellent at communication. She goes above and beyond to be able to service my freight. I would recommend reaching out to her to get some rates!

I worked for this company for 6 months and 26 days, Starting in May of 2023. They took $650 from first paycheck for ELD Device (I was told will get money back after ELD device is returned). I quit on 15 of December 2023 and was told I will get escrow deposit returned in 45 days. After more than two months I contacted Irma and Fadil and asked for escrow deposit, ELD deposit and Camera subscription for 2024 in amount of $384. They kept half amount of ELD Deposit and kept 2024 camera subscription, I remind I didn’t work for this company a single day of 2024. They steal from me and my family $709. Shame on them. Will never forget. Just to mention, I quit because this company did not follow the contract to pay 88% from the gross. They pay what they wanted to pay for the loads. They don’t show rate confirmations. To many things to mention but not for here. Brokers if your load is late due to truck breakdown or something else, trust me, it is not!!! Load is sitting in the warehouse in Waterloo, IA or Laredo, TX waiting to be loaded as a partial load, because, they do full loads as a partials!!! BROKERS BE AWARE !!! !!! !!!
