Bryan / CS DO NOT use this moving company. Very unprofessional and rude. Spoke with the owner several days before my move regarding me living in a upstairs apartment and needing to be moved to another upstairs apartment next door. Owner agreed , gave me a flat rate of $200 for 2 hours. & said he’ll send me a contract to pay deposit. Days later no contract &I had to continue to contact him several times to see when would he be sending the contract and to confirm my move. Owner then called me at 9pm the night before my move stating he couldn’t send me a contract and to pay cash. Oh ok cool. Well the next day when it was time for me to move the movers showed up a hour 1/2 LATE. The owner did not communicate to the movers that my apartment was upstairs and was moving to another upstairs apartment so they did not want to do the job because he failed to communicate that to his employees . I called him to see what was going on the Owner JR became very aggressive , rude , and disrespectful after he tried to force me to PAY his movers MORE money after he already gave me a flat rate of $200 because his movers were complaining of it being upstairs. After telling the owner of how unprofessional this whole situation is he hung up in my face , told his movers to LEAVE & come back later to do the job. His movers then begin to also complain of how unprofessional he is & how he treats them. Poor communication, Rude , tries to up charge you & make you pay more money.

I scheduled an appointment with this company on Thumbtack for 10:00 am and put down a deposit. I confirmed the time and place with them again night before. The next morning while I was driving in from out of town, I got a call and text from the occupant of my old apartment saying that that movers had shown up at the apartment around 8:30am to get my furniture. The scheduler, J.R., had sent me a Thumbtack message around 7:30am that same morning (not calling me as he had done before) to see if they could come at 8:00am, didn’t call me when I didn’t respond, and then just sent the movers. The movers were nice and moved everything, but I did not appreciate my appointment being moved up two hours the day of without me saying that it was ok. I won't use this company again.

Why they made several spots on my sofa and broke my bookshelf. Left msg for manager no response. Don't start rushing bc you have another move7pm. Mess up my stuff and nothing Mgr.came out, just to say it was normal wear and tear. Who in the heck calls a company , sends a certified letter if they knew they had damaged furniture? Lesson learned. Take pictures. Wouldn't use them again.
