I recently decided to move from the Bay Area to San Diego and needed movers to make it possible. I researched online for long-haul movers and selected three to interview, all of whom had very positive reviews. I had a virtual meeting with each one, showing them my home with my cell phone. I was impressed by all three, but was especially impressed by Stan at The Flying House. I had a few requirements about the details of my move that in my mind might be problematic. Stan expressed a total willingness to meet those needs, whereas I sensed some hesitation from the other two people. In addition, he offered to have his team pack my belongings and provide the packing materials. For all he was offering, I thought his prices were very reasonable. He made my choice very simple. I found Stan to be very easy to work with and believe strongly I made the right decision. On moving day, four men showed up and quickly got to work. I did some of the packing myself, but the crew did most of it. The lead person was a young man named Ake, whom I found to be extremely friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional. One of items I wanted moved was a large solid oak antique bookcase with glass doors that I've had for 40 years. Ake warned me that it might get damaged due to the long journey and glass doors. He prepared it well and much to my relief it came through unscathed. Overall, items were well wrapped and packed. I had a lot of stuff to be packed and moved, but the crew quickly and efficiently completed the job and left my place that afternoon. The next day a crew of three, again headed up by Ake, arrived at my new home and unloaded all my items quickly, reassembling a few large items in the process. On both ends of the move, the process was smooth and quick. I was very pleased with the outcome. All in all, this was a very successful move and I'd highly recommend The Flying House for your moving needs. A big shout out to Stan and Ake for a job well done

From the moment I booked the service Stan was informing me of the next steps of the process. Ali who was assigned as the leader of my move, called me the night prior to my move to verify all of my information and inform me that he was going to handle everything. Ali and his team showed up promptly and WORKED THEIR BUTT OFF! Everything was done correctly and even more than I expected. They even waited an extra day for me to get to my travel destination because of some travel issues on my end. I am SO extremely happy that I was able to find this company and book with them. Ollie and his team were incredible. They packed up a 3 bedroom condo fully and completed a 3 day long distance move and full assembly in our new home. Great communication and organization throughout the project and would recommend their team for any type of project. We had some very heavy furniture that they were able to disassemble and pack the massive truck perfectly including full service reassemble. They even helped me pack a separate uhaul for some random overflow items. Made a huge hassle really easy for my wife and I.

AJ and Tim are excellent! Hard working and just very professional. There was a bit of a language barrier, but never really got in the way. We did not anticipate how much stuff my family have though. We moved from a 2 bedroom condo, but it felt like we moved 5 bedrooms worth. AJ suggested I rent a U-Haul to save some time.
