I used this company when I moved to Alaska. I was extremely happy with the entire process. They took pictures when I left my vehicle, and everything looked exactly the same when I picked up my vehicle. The staff was so nice, and I will be using them again very soon.

We shipped both of our truck and trailer and received it in excellent condition. The price was very reasonable and the service was above and beyond. Worst experience I've ever had working with any company. Took a month and a half from start to finish to get my car plus items I was allowed to take in my car were stolen by port staff. Bad security, very rude employees, and NO COMMUNICATION. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Please remember to get confirmation of initial quotes in writing via an email. Was quoted a price from Alaska Auto Transport and was told that I couldn’t pay for it then, I needed to wait until they shipped from Washington to Anchorage before I could pay. Once the car was received in Anchorage the quote was almost $1000 more and they had “no idea where my initial quote even came from.” Had to pay the higher rate because the shipment was already transported, I wouldn’t have minded a higher rate but it just seemed shady to have to wait to pay and then they tell you the rate, giving you no other choice. I would have liked to have been given the opportunity to shop around rather than being tricked into the booking.
