I cannot say enough about how awesome this company is. We called them after 2 pm when we were in desperate need for help in unloading a truck after arriving in Juneau via the ferry. Lauren, which I believe is the woman who took my call was pleasant, professional and was quick to find us help. It wasn’t an easy job since our house is below street level which meant a steep hill and stairs. But they guys that showed up, Robert and Avi (sp?) were also pleasant, professional and helped us empty a 20 foot uhaul in the pouring rain. We couldn’t have done it without their help. Highly recommend them!

I was moving from Juneau to Arizona by myself after 35 years in Alaska. It seemed pretty daunting to sell my home, thin things down, and pack it all. World Wide Movers made the task so much easier. First off, when Gil came to give me a quote he told me that they could do a preliminary pick up of items I didn't need so that it would be easier to show my house. What a great idea! That extra service sold me on World Wide Movers. They came and loaded up the personal items realtors tell you to hide away. That service made it so much easier to stage my home. It took off some of the last minute pressure and emotion in the final days of the move because important family items were already packed. The packing and loading process was amazing. The crew arrived on time both times and were so fun to watch. They moved like a well-oiled machine, packing, numbering, and loading. They did a great job of keeping track of everything and were careful about my important items. They were polite and efficient. I felt comfortable with them in my home. The whole thing was very impressive. I stored my items in Juneau for several months before I was ready to get them to Arizona. I called Gil on a Monday morning and asked what it too to schedule the move to Arizona. He said if I was ready, there was a barge going out that afternoon. It went so smoothly. Gil kept in touched with me until my shipment was in Arizona and ready to be delivered. Then their contact in Phoenix, Bekins Moving Solutions, took over. My experience with them as just as positive. It looks to me like they have a network of great people. I dreaded this move. It was hard to leave the place where my husband and I had raised our family. Gil and World Wide Movers, and Bekins Moving Solutions made it so easy. Thank you so much! I highly recommend them for anyone moving.

Gil set up everything when we needed to move a houseload of furniture from Arizona up to Juneau, including crating art work. The company in Arizona that he contacted was great in packing and loading and then when it arrived in Juneau, again superior workers and they got the job done not only quickly but with great care..nothing broken and everything placed where it needed to go...including heavy upstairs furniture. We had great, fast service packing some framed art to ship, and at an incredibly reasonable price. The staff from front office to warehouse were friendly and helpful.

Movers were great. Very timely. Only problem there was issues with the address being incorrectly written on one of the forms so I had to give them directions.
