As organised by Polestar, Alfie's Towing delivered my Polestar 2 to my house as early as they could. They rang as soon as they received the vehicle late afternoon and advised it was too late to deliver but offered for me to pick up or they could deliver early next working morning. I rang as soon as they opened that morning for an Eta and was told between 9:30 and 10am and the driver would call when he was about to leave. At 9:30am the driver called and said he'd be there in 15mins, which he was, on the dot. He was friendly and quick - unloaded my car, got me to sign a delivery docket and then left. Would definitely use again if I had to - Great communication and nice staff.

Car was shipped from Sydney to Cairns and waited in the yard for a week. Calls to the shipping company and to Alfies went unanswered or got told car just arrived. Tip for Alfies and CEVA staff modern cars have GPS trackers in them.... Still awaiting delivery a week later with no communication from Alfies. Update: I got a call saying they would deliver and waited around for hours without even a courtesy call, again no one answering the phones.
