I recently had a fantastic experience with All Transportation, based in Weyers Cave, VA (but handles shipping nationwide). I shipped a vehicle, RV, and flatbed trailer during a cross-country move. Initially, I started with a different company, which turned out to be a total nightmare. There were numerous people involved, none of whom seemed to know what they were doing, and the budget was far from what they promised, even if they could complete the move. I had to cancel and was ready to give up. By chance, I connected with Sherry Martin at All Transportation, and she immediately stepped in to save my move and budget. Sherry was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She anticipated my concerns even before I voiced them, quickly earning my trust and handling every detail flawlessly. The communication was outstanding. I felt like I was talking with a friend who genuinely cared about me, my belongings, and the stress of the move. Sherry, along with the owner and the rest of the team, was very flexible and accommodating. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. A special shoutout to LaQuan, one of the drivers. He was a hard worker, excellent communicator, very professional, and arrived early at the final destination. I've been referring All Transportation to everyone because they are reputable, know what they’re doing, can handle any issues that arise, and truly care about their clients. This company is amazing. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do, I'll definitely be calling them.

Very bad experience. Booked a load with Mark Tikhonov, spent couple hours at shipper and didn't get loaded, load was not ready. Asked for TONU but this "broker" disappeared, ignoring emails and phone calls. Stay away !!!!

They are literally the best brokerage that I have worked with. They were honest upfront, didn’t double broker Me didn’t lie to me about any aspect of our relationship. These are the type of brokers that the trucking industry needs more of it was a pleasure working with him and I will continue to hold freight for them as long as it is an option.
